Post-Remediation Verification (PRV) is an independent, third-party look at whether remediation met the documented objectives it was supposed to meet — performed by a firm with no financial stake in the answer. The remediator shouldn’t be the one grading the remediator’s work.

Do you perform mold remediation?
No. AMOLDBUSTER inspects, tests, and provides independent oversight. We never perform remediation and never sell it, so our findings carry no financial stake in the answer.
Do you accept or pay referral fees?
No, never. We do not accept or pay referral fees to or from remediation contractors, laboratories, or anyone else.
How much does an assessment cost?
We publish our pricing. Virtual investigation tiers are $895, $1,495, and $2,295, and the DIY Biotoxin Assessment Kit (+Rental Pump)™ is $725. On-site pricing is listed on our Services & Fees page.
Can you tell me whether mold in my home is making me sick?
No, and no inspector should. We measure and document the building — moisture, sampling, and laboratory results — and report it in a form your physician or other licensed provider can work from. Health questions belong with your provider.
I live outside the Mid-Atlantic. Can you still help?
Yes. Guidance is available in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, and our Guided Virtual Microbial Investigation™ includes live-video guided sample collection in 47 states. Sampling investigations are not available in Texas, Florida, New York, or the District of Columbia, which license mold assessment.
