Every property and situation is different. The exact tier you need — Basic, Standard, or Comprehensive — depends on the size of the property, the specific concerns, whether labs are needed, the medical context, and your goals.
Rather than risk recommending a tier that doesn't fit, we have a brief conversation to understand your situation, then provide exact pricing for the right service. This protects you from overpaying for services you don't need — and prevents the frustration of buying the wrong tier.
